I would like to tell you the story of a dog I know. Taffy Neighborhood. People called her that as she had no home of her own except the park where she slept with her friend, Minnie-the-Mooch.

Whenever the dog catcher came along and found her sleeping in the flowers he would try to capture Taffy.But, Taffy could run very fast. Faster than the dog catcher, and this made him very angry!

"I'll get you one day," he would yell after her, "you bad, bad dog!"
Taffy did not like being called "bad." It hurt her feelings.

She tried very hard to be nice to everyone in the neighborhood, because everybody was so nice to her.
